2024 Summer Camp Refund Policy

At Acton, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our campers and their families to the best of our ability. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

  • Refund Requests 3 Months or More Prior to Camp Week:

    • If a refund request is submitted 3 months or more prior to the start of the registered camp week, a full refund will be issued minus PayPal fees incurred during the transaction.

  • Refund Requests at least 1 Month Prior to Camp Week:

    • For refund requests submitted at least 1 month prior to the start of the registered camp week, a full camp fee refund will be provided, with a deduction of a $100 cancellation fee. This fee also covers PayPal fees incurred during the initial transaction.

  • Refund Requests Less Than 1 Month Prior to Camp Week:

    • Refund requests made less than 1 month prior to the start of the registered camp week will be subject to a deduction of $175 from the full camp fee. This fee also covers PayPal fees incurred during the initial transaction.

Please note that all refund requests must be submitted in writing to varun@actonacademycolumbus.com and will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt.
