We're looking for camp counselors who genuinely love Acton — who remember their first day at Acton as a 10-year-old; who remember the moments the Eagles celebrated each other's birthdays; who remember all the funny and goofy moments, the laughs; and who remember the joy Acton brought them — and the joy they brought right back.

We're also looking for counselors who genuinely love kids — including the one who, on day three, will ask you the exact same question fourteen times in a row. You'll hold space for wild creativity, necessary structure, and the deeply important business of who got the slightly bigger cookie. If you still remember what it felt like to be six and so absorbed in something you'd built with your own hands that you forgot lunch existed — you're exactly who we're looking for.

This application takes about 20 minutes. There are no perfect answers — just be honest. We read every word. Especially the weird ones.
